There is really no safe way to use any of these superpotent opioids.

And speaking as someone from Vancouver, carfentanil has been around for years now. Since at least 2019. It's definitely more common now though.

But apparently it's been around for longer.

I simply cannot fathom people choosing to make a controlled opioid. There are structurally novel but synthetically no more complex compounds known. Typical for me to reside on the ONE nation on the planet where they are automatically controlled.

But I feel that much beyond x10 morphine requires properly controlled dose units. When you get to x10000... well, the RANGE of x10000 because while all opioids have a potency range, those ranges appear to become HUGE when considering the super-potent examples.

Yeah, like on a recent season of Intervention that specialised on people addicted to fent, the subject often used 2-3g of fent a day and they (the producers) tried to claim they were using 2-3g of PURE fentanyl a day. Like...that's not possible lol.

When I was doing fentanyl it always showed positive on drug test even though it wasn't fentanyl but RC's.

Your first mistake is messing with fentanyl if you have little to no tolerance to opiates/opioids. You might as well be playing Russian roulette. Fentanyl is still strong even for people who can handle hundreds of mg of oxy or morphine. If it's been years since you've last used H, your tolerance has most certainly dropped. Even then, fentanyl is still much stronger than heroin (albeit a shittier high). Please be careful. If you have no choice but to use fetty, at least start small (I'm talking a fraction of a pill). If you take too much or if its surprisingly strong, you better hope you have narcan on hand--and that shit is not cheap either.
