Personally, I think they set too many BIG ass people against smaller people.
Also, probably illegal.... so I, of course, do not condone that type of activity.

I remember watching that stuff when I was a young, and probably slightly psychopathic teenager, and it's pretty horrific. I saw one where a guy dropped knees bearing his full body weight down on another guys head untill the guy started chocking on his own blood. That scarred me. Those people are animals.
 
I find it highly entertaining.
No one is forcing anyone to get their teeth knocked down their throat.
Just good, clean entertainment, I show my kids Krav Maga videos....and escape methods.
Train with them, too. I always keep my shit safe.

Even though Stand Your Ground Laws (in Texas) pretty much make the whole thing obsolete.
Still good fun.

Here's one of my favorites, dude gets knocked to his knees so many times, still gets up.
