This isn't true at all - there are tons of Dommes out there who do all of the activities you just mentioned.

Foot fetish is pretty common actually :) There's nothing wrong with it. Try having my fetish - guns. It's not too common, and when people hear about it, for some reason, some get angry that a girl (or guy) could look at guns in a sexual way. But I've met others... so I know it's not just me :)

Seriously, everyone.. I wish people would stop using "fetish" to describe simple attractions. A "fetish" is defined clinically as something without which the subject is unable to achieve arousal or perform sexually. (My ex HAD a money fetish...). I love cute women's feet, they definitely turn me on.. but I can (and often do) perform quite well without feet being involved in any way.

Without bullets, with no clip in it and an empty chamber, it's no more a "lethal weapon" than any dildo at the adult store. The dildo might be more capable of causing death by choking than the handgun. Imagining it does provide a pretty twisted visual though..
