on both 2ct7 and dob i get this feeling, its terribly annoying, it feels like i was halfway through a piss, pinched it.. then walked off
and if i did manage too actually go pee it would provide zero satisfaction

I know the TT is about PEA's but the drugs that screw with my urination or give me what I think they call urgency are:
-MDMA (known effect)
-mushrooms (also common to hallucinate a feeling of wetness, having to piss or otherwise mindfucking your body function monitoring)
- 4-FMP I guess a bit, and maybe stuff like bk-MDMA but just a little from what I recall
