My favorite delivery of a line in any hip hop song is probably when ODB says "I'm dope like fuckin' heroin" in Rawhide. Maybe not the best line, but the way he says it makes it perhaps my favorite line in any hip hop song.

Also "Fuck being hard posdnous is complicated" from In the Woods by De La Soul is a great line.
 
As you already stated brimz, there's already a favourite lyrics thread. I personally don't see the need to separate them by various genres. So I shall use my merging powers. :)
