Favorite Governmental/Societal Dystopian film?

i love these movies too..

from wiki's list:

Batman Begins
Children of Men
District 13
Escape from New York and its sequel, Escape from L.A.
Equilibrium
Gattaca
The Hitchhiker's Guide To The Galaxy
Idiocracy
A Scanner Darkly

i wouldn't even consider batman begins and hitchhiker's guide since a) both are set in present time, meaning what theoretically happens would happen no matter what society could attempt to alter it (short of traveling back in time,) and b) neither film offers serious consequences of society's actions to consider, as a true dystopian flick would.

i would however add 12 monkeys, i, robot, T2, the matrix and minority report to my list.
