What do you think if mixing potent drugs with hpbdc and ethanol or some other non-toxic solvent, applying it on the skin and covering are with some kind of compressor might work?

Kind of like gadgets from SF films (and for real but rarely used) work?

All the benefits of I.M. or subcutaneous but without a needle.
