Eye appointment. High and small pupils question.

I have an eye appointment at the hospital on Friday. If I take Oramorph (liquid morphine) do you think they'll be able to tell? if I take just enough to avoid withdrawal, but not enough for a high? Will my pupils stay the same size? Or will they constrict making me look high?

does everyone on opioids, regardless of dose and tolerance, have constricted pupils when they have their dose?
