Said Hook up you are paying out organzies your drugs in advance for you, pays up front, has them ready and waiting, and you don't fucking want them anymore.
This has happened to a friend of a friends housemates Sister a number of times - stupid, newbie, lamer, hardcore wishing losers who can't source their own, then complain about getting stiffed by their own loser contacts.
Either scenario is an unfortunate by-product of the culture - That's why only Users lose drugs

i don't chase drugs, they chase me. i swear it, i don't have to do anything, and i just get sms from ppl i haven't seen in months asking if i'm interested.
the last time i chased, i ended up with crap, so i let karma do the walking for me, and enjoy the odd random good score.
