Hmm - If you play about in 'deepweb' -tor / onion etc - then why the hell would you waste your money in watching some 'flip flop' porn in the UK. As per your first post - you spent 5£ to watch some randoms knitting a scarf when you (as from your surfing in Deepweb) would have already established what the UK laws on porn would /would not allow.

i dont think we're allowed to talk about tor or at least manifestations thereof, had a popular trading .onion sitename edited out of one of my posts, i believe the reason was 'i think you know why' or 'i dont think we need to discuss that' or some other such profound'ness

Why? People use tor here. Don't you care that they could be putting themselves at risk without knowing it?

It's more likely you don't have a clue what you're talking about. So, various government agencies, hundreds of independent security experts still can't crack tor. Hence why they always attack the human part - for that is the weakest link.

Have you told the FBI about your findings? I'm sure they'd hire you in heartbeat...

I'm not saying it's perfect software, there's a few serious holes which can't be fixed due to the nature of it's design. you can, however, make sure these don't effect you. I think tor project are working on a new system which should address some of those.
