Effects of Concerta and Alcohol??

I accidently took two 36mg Concerta yesterday around 12:10pm, i felt ok, but then i went out drinking (smoked a little too). My lower abdomen its kinda tender and i still feel some effects from the Concerta. Is this normal? Should i have reason for concern? Is mixing Concerta with alcohol dangerous??

it's not dangerous but it'll make it easier for you to drink too much and experience pain from the alcohol hangover.

i believe when there's alcohol present in the liver, the concerta is metabolized as ethylphenidate but i could be wrong.

so all in all the combo will do a number on your kidneys and stuff if abused heavily i'd say.
