Misc Effective Kratom Ingestion and Extraction

This method worked perfectly. Just get some gelatin capsules, they hold a lot more than you'd think.
 
If you can stomach the taste of a quick Toss n Wash, I think that would be your best bet.
 
Does anyone/everyone find that when ingesting capsules that the effects are more sedating rather then an initial stimulating buzz with Toss n' Wash?
