Effect of cannabis on muscarinc acetylcholine receptors, thus associated heart rate etc?

One study claiming it "normalizes" it in rats.

THC seems to be know to elevate HR by 20 to 50 BPM.

I took a tricyclic anti-depressant before and my HR was INSANE on it (they're know mACh blockers).


Another study suggesting it limits acetylcholine activity.

Blocking acetylcholine seems to be associated with memory loss; some studies claim cannabis has cognitive benefits.

......

Anyone comment from experience whether cannabis has significant effect on the mACh receptor (as other mACh drugs such as tricyclics, anti-psychotics and anti-histamines like promethazine do)?
