Sorry but there's just no way anyone here is going to be able to definitively answer your question. There's tolerance issues involved, have you ever puked on that dose before etc.
Personally if I had some sort of tolerance, I wouldn't eat, but that's just me. Actually sometimes the Rx bottle will say, take with food. Bottomline, you probably have a pretty good sense of the answer already. If you wish to throw out more details on your situation, I'll take a stab at it.
