eating bho/wax?

So I was wondering if I was to put Bho/wax in capsule how much would need to eat? I was thinking around 1. Or 2./100mg,200mg or would that b much?

I have eatin bho b4 but I put 3g in olive oil an baked with it.
It made some Of the best edibles ive made.

Or would I have to eat it with some sort of fatty/oil too?

You have to decarb it in the oven first. If you have reclaim oil you can eat that directly.
To decarb herb instructions are usually bake for 20-30min@200degrees, not sure how that would change with bho.

some bho's are active but most are not. it depends on the temp at which is was processed at, if a high enough temp was achieved then the THCC has been turned into THC making it bioavailable. But as far as I know most waxes are made around 110-120F which is not high enough to activate the thc.
