DXM - dose for reaching high third plateau?

What would be a decent DXM dose for reaching high third plateau / low fourth plateau?

I did some research and read that a second plateau trip compared to a third plateau trip is a day and night difference. I tried both plateaus I believe. (350MG to reach second plateau and 700MG to reach third plateau, assuming I reached it at all)

I felt a little more dissociated and 'heavier' so to say and had to deal with urinary retention which got frustrating during my 700MG trip. But it did not feel like a day and night difference for me.

Perhaps I just had a high second plateau trip? What would be the appropriate dosage for a high third plateau trip?
