IDK about DXM, but i Benadryl-tripped twice in one day at a total of 800mg. I could not formulate a simple sentence for a day and a half afterward.

I forgot the mg but my DXM dose was a minimum of 1, 4oz bottle of DXM to as much as 4, 4oz bottles of DXM. We are talking second and third plateau trips. After that kind of dose, I was content doing that one time per day.

if you do it twice in a day, cut the second dose down by 2/3....it will hit you much stronger, i've tripped much harder than intended like this....even though u think you are back down to baseline and need the same second dose to reach the same place, this is not the case
