Misc DXM and the liver

Hi, I was just wondering will 100ml of DXM hurt my liver? I have iiver function test coming up. I was in hospital because of a paracetamol overdose (CWE fuck up, but i'm not sure I even
ingested that much paracetamol and I was checked out with a normal liver function at the time, doctor says I should be fine, I also feel fine).
