Drug test with alcohol/MDMA

Hey guys, so I have a friend who recently got drug tested. He took .2 of MDMA and it had zero effect on him so he instead got really drunk. This was on a Saturday around noon and he got tested Monday around noon as well. Normally, he would be in the clear, but my question is does taking it with alcohol make it stay in your system longer? All Saturday he was peeing like a racehorse because of the alcohol so he would assume it would actually make it come out of his system quicker. Also, does the effect of the MDMA matter? Example, if someone takes a tab and it doesn't effect him at all, would it be in his system just as long as someone who rolled hard off the same amount? Thanks a bunch for your help guys!
