Drug Test Confusion

I have a prescription for Adipex and a light meth habit. I started a new job and was obviously drug tested. My question is - will the test register both methamphetamine and amphetamines or (hopefully) will it only register for amphetamines.
I guess the question is - can the test tell the difference?

It can. Most use a basic 5 panel test of which meth and amp are usually included. If positive they will send for confirmation through more sensitive measures.

Drug testing questions are not allowed, though.
