Drank too much now what?

Ive been nervous all day after 12 beers last night last drink 12 hrs ago went through withdrawal approx 2.5 yrs ago hope this one night doesnt cause withdrawal again since i havent drank like this in forever. My resting heart rate is between 90-100 normally 60-70 Bp is around 135 over 80 normally perfect Bp so not too high. any type of movement or standing and hr is 120-130. Took 1 mg ativan 5 hrs ago and that helped but its worn off, dont have benzo tolernce. Should I just keep redosing 1 mg ativan til these symptoms dissipate or should I ride this out? not sweating just a bit shaky but not too bad right now. What should be my indicaton to take another ativan or go to a dr? also have temazepam available. thx for any help.

Sounds more like a hangover, I would try the Ativan only once more and ride out or sleep off the hangover.


Edit: If you're not feeling well tomorrow go see your doc.

Re-Edit: Also no "hair of the dog" you've already taken some Ativan!

Thanks it was just hangover anxiety. After going through withdrawals i get scared pretyy easily
