So SWIM will take some E this sunday and his idea is to disolve his pill in a 500ml water bottle, but SWIM doesn't know how much and how regularly should he drink so the effect could last 3:30-4 hours. SWIM doesn't want the effect to be as strong as possible but to be enough for SWIM to be satisfied. This will be his 8th pill overall and he took one last saturday. SWIM weights 90kg and is 1.85m tall. The pill SWIM has is a green party flock, which has 180-210mg of SWIM's favourite chemical, MDMA.

First, please do not use SWIM (It offers you no protection and just pisses people off).
You need approx 100 mg of MDMA for a nice dose (sweet spot for a lot of users is around the 100 / 150 mg range for party/club etc).
If you dissolve your pill in 500mls you will need to drink at least half of it at once to start - drinking it slowly will simply be a waste of MDMA.
Put pill in mouth, swallow with the water and enjoy the 4 hours.
(The last test on these was 174mgs )
