Dopamine antagonists

If mu agonism causes the euphoria of dopaminergeric drugs -

Why do opiates not make me feel the slightest bit of euphoria* but stimulant do?

*Unless I have been up all night on MDMA (have done this maybe 3 times, and they are the only 3 times I have ever felt any euphoria from opiates)
