It's incredibly hard to tell if a pill is real or a good quality fake from looking at it. Especially in this case where the pill seems to have crumbled a bit.
The only reliable way to tell what's in a drug is to test it, because our eyes can never tell which molecules are present and one chemical can be crystallised or powdered to look like another without much trouble.
Reagent testing is the most accessible way to do this!

As stated above, it's impossible to distinguish whether a pill is authentic/fake without reagent/gas chromatography. Eyeballing just doesn't work. There are reagent test kits available online and services like Wendinos that can help test your substance.

No way for us to tell. Looks like some of the ones I had bouncing around in a pill bottle for a couple of years, but it could also be a bad press.

Either way, no way to tell. Test it.
