Yes, it can cause constipation. Get a bottle of Miralax and take half the 17g dose to start. I’ve found that the constipation goes away in a couple weeks. Hope you’re blasting soon.

Thanks i dont have constipation i just wanted some knowledge on the subject for later. Ive never even taken subs but i have considered it i have some more questions but i know its harder for the mods to sort so ill just leave it their thankyu everyone
