This is a pretty basic question.
Someone responded to a thread of mine with the statement "Kava resets GABA tolerance."
To what extent is is this true? My internet research points to upregulation of GABA receptors through kava consumption.
There is also anecdotal evidence on BL and other forums of more extreme reactions with the use of bentos, etc after using kava.
