Does Depakote Interfere With Opioids

I was recently prescribed Depakote DR (delayed release) 250mg starting off at once a day working up to 3x a day. I take 15mg Roxis 4x a day for pain. Was curious, will the Depakote interfere or inhibit the effects of the oxy in any way?
