It appears that B Lotus is not an MAOi and poses no real interactions with fluoxetine as the AD effects are likely due to it's Dopamine agonism, yet still strange as Nuciferine is an antagonist / inverse agonist. Not going to dive into that mother nature mystery but as far as pubmed and a consensus of anecdotal reports, an AD interaction that could be seen as dangerous is absent. The effect it has on lowering blood sugar seems to be the major concern where an interaction is listed (for diabetes meds).
I think it would still be best to proceed slowly as the Vyvanse could possibly interact as well as it also has a role regarding dopamine. Though nothing was listed for it either across several places, it could still possibly make you feel crummy. Maybe some BL'ers with specific AD + Amp + B. Lotus experience might chime in.
"The blue lotus flower (Nymphea caerulea) is an Egyptian water lily containing apomorphine and nuciferine. Apomorphine has been described as a psychoactive alkaloid and is a non-selective dopamine agonist primarily used to treat Parkinson's disease as it stimulates dopamine receptors and improves motor function. Nuciferine is an alkaloid associated with dopamine receptor blockade."
