I don't use condoms anymore. We used them in the first few months of dating..both got tested..both came clean..got rid of condoms. I'm on birth control and we'e both very faithful so we're not worried about pregnancy or disease.
If I'm not in a relationship, I use condoms every time.

The only girl I have ever had sex with, I dated for a good year and a half, and never once used a condom. We were seniors in high school, and the first time we had sex I wasn't expecting it (just a spur of the moment thing), and I had no condom with me. So every time from then on I didn't use one. I feel much more relaxed and into it when condoms are not an issue and just worn as part of sex, without being an issue. The benefits outweigh the down side.

Every guy I have been with ( none lately, I have cobwebs and dust in the old love tunnel) has tried to talk their way out of using them, except for my ex boyfriend who used them without argument. It really made fucking him absolutely brilliant, and I was really impressed by his stance on safe sex.

Condoms, in non-monogamous relationships or casual sex . . . should be mandatory.

No, they don't protect against everything, but they definitely reduce risk.

I never use condoms in a monogamous relationship but would always if it was casual sex. I'm far to scared of nasties to risk it.

However using condoms has never been a good experience due to near zero sensitivity, even with thin condoms and lube. This is why I don't have casual sex at all nowdays and would rather wait to be in a monogamous relationship.

As far as the "mess" goes....I love it! Nothing better than getting hot and sticky with you SO! At the end of a long Sunday in bed fucking all day, it's great to end up all sticky and smelling of sex! It makes it so much dirtier and wrong, which of coure makes you both hornier and naughty!

FYI, in the US, the morning after pill is OTC. I'm only saying because my nuvaring fell out like a year ago. Never experiencing this before, I started flipping out and thought I had to get it from my Obgyn. I guess recently they allowed it to be over the counter. It's behind the pharmacy counter so you have to get it from them. You need to take it within 72 hours and I was pretty close to the 72 hours. It worked for me except I was a little crampy.

Anyway just passing that along to hopefully save someone some panic like I went through :-/

Last ones I tried with were 'Billy Boy' ones that they were handing out for free at a festival. Terrible they are, one broke and with the next one I couldn't finish so off with it. I haven't always in the past (for casual encounters), but I made a resolution last year that if I couldn't ask a guy to wear one, it was showing disrepect for myself. Since then, I haven't actually had any sex, which kinda sucks. But I guess that's the best form of birth control
