Do you have to crush the beads to plug adderall?

I really hate taking the time to crush all my adderall beads, especially since I need it right first thing in the morning. I'd also prefer it to last longer and have less of a crash. I was told to crush the beads in other threads I've posted, but I wasn't sure if that was because it kicks in quicker and is stronger (but lasts shorter) or if it was because it only works if you crush them. Will it still work if I plug it without crushing the beads?

I've never plugged these but I imagine it would be better absorbed if you crush the beads. Here's a couple threads to help-
