Stimulants Do I have ADHD/ADD?

I took 20 mg Adderall XR (crushed up the beads, took sublingually). Having no tolerance, I expected an energy filled, euphoric day. What I experienced was much different. Instead of the things I described, I became calm and focused. No euphoria, not much more social behavior. So I'm wondering if I have ADD/ADHD, as I heard those are the effects of Adderall for people with this disorder?
 
I think what you explained is just the nature of the high , adhd or not..my opinion....sure you feel calmer...but I bet your wired as hell sitting there calmly :) I think the effect you described is too little to determine if you have add or adhd. Anyhow glad you enjoyed!!

Sorry to bump, but given the low dosage you took I'm NOT surprised you didn't get any recreational effect anyway. ....what you described is normal. .
 
There's really no way for us to diagnose you .. 20mg is a fairly small dose, I'm not surprised the effects were lackluster.
