Something I saw some studies saying ketamine, which is a dissociative, reduces stomach lining.

Has anyone pee'd blood because of too much dissociative use or abuse?

Are you sure you’re not thinking of the bladder damage it does?

Though it can cause multi organ damage from what I saw over a quick search for “does ketamine damage the stomach lining?”.

It mainly damages the epithelial lining of the urinary system, including kidneys, ureters and bladder. The exact reason is unknown, but may be related to how it causes bladder tissue contraction (reduced blood flow), increased urine concentration, as well as due to toxicity of the drug itself.

It has no impact on stomach lining AFAIK, even if ingested.
