Bacteriostatic water vials. Good for injection!

I don't know where to get benzyl alcohol.
Could I turn sterile water into bacteriostatic water by adding 0.9% of another type alcohol? Ethanol?
I'd like to mix a drug into a solution and store it safely for 1 month or so in an easy vial like that.
