I came into a collection of the above, but believes it to be 5-7 years old . And Ideas about the probable loss of strength? Not sure how it was all stored, but I believe the MSiR was refrigerated. Any help at all?

If the meds are stored in a cool and dry environment, there should be no significant loss in potency. Since you don't know how they were kept, you wouldn't know how strong they are until you take them. Either way, start your dosage small until you know how they will affect you.
