Dilaudid oral

Hey everyone this is my first post so I hope I'm in the right spot and everything. So I'm a pretty heavy opiate user, mostly H. I've always used the I'V route with everything from oxys to Adderall, I know dumb, it ended up putting me in the hospital with bacteria in my heart.
So I've quit the I'V route and I'm curious for someone with a high tolerance what might be the best does for oral use of dilaudid. (I have 2mg and 4mg) I've tried 6mg so far and felt nothing.

Yeah, oral diluadid is a waste. I mean personally I quit doing all of it pretty much just smoke weed now.. but I used to have to Iv it. You can probably plug it? I've never tried that though. But snorting or oral never gave me anything because those roa's kill the bioavailability. Hope this helps

Dilaudid is the only opiate (other than heroin) that I'm willing to IV.
If it wont give me a rush, it's not worth a needle IMO

I normally take 8-10 mg every three hours and it hits great. I have a high tolerance also.
