Dihydrocodeine, Lorazepam, Pregabalin - any dosage recommendations for this combo?

Hello all

Can anyone give me any suggestions on dosages for each drug? I was gonna do 180mg DHC, 12.5mg Loraz, 100mg Pregab.

What do u recommend?

My normal combo is:

Oxycodone 60mg.
Alprazolam or Clonazepam: 16mg
Pregabalin: 100mg (this needs going up, struggling to find right dose).

I'm using DHC instead of Oxycodone cos my script ran out a few days early, get them on Monday.
Also ran out of Alprazolam and Clonazepam gonna buy more this week coming and in bulk. So I'm left with Lorazepam. I've actually got Nitrazepam as well! Should I mix the benzos?

My best suggestion would be to make a significant reduction in the amount of benzos while you're taking pain meds. You're putting yourself at risk for an overdose when combining the two and pregabalin will add to sedation. In short, take as directed by your physician.
