Did you know the body breaks down DMT into Psylocin?

That's right. In order to pass the blood brain barrier, the body metabolizes DMT into psilocin which is the exact same thing it breaks psilocybin into. So essentially, DMT, and psilocybin pass through the brain as the same chemical. So, all those who think that DMT is reinventing the psychedelic wheel are essentially turbocharging the same experience as mushrooms. No matter how you slice it, it comes up peanuts in your body. That explains why there is cross tolerance developed between psilocybin and DMT. They both attach to the 5ht2a receptor in your brain(which is the same receptor affected by LSD and mescaline, as well. Essentially it's the same drug. But for those who have worn down those receptor sites, high dose DMT may be the only way to get off. So DMT becomes the last chance filling station before psychedelic ecstasy is no longer available and the only way you're gonna get that seventh chakra to open is many, many hours of disciplined meditation, which is perhaps not such a bad thing. But all you DMT trippers out there, the clock is ticking, it's only gonna work for so long, so enjoy it while you can!!!!

Um... no it doesn't. Also, cross-tolerance happens between all psychedelics because they affect the same receptors.

I would actually expect DMT actually crosses the blood brain barrier more effectively than psilocin 'cause it's more nonpolar.

No matter how you slice it, it comes up peanuts in your body.

But I have a peanut allergy!!1
