when I was using meth religiously a while back in my life I would do the standard get high and watch pornographic videos on my phone for hours routine.
however sometime during the peak of my use I would be watching certain videos where it was dark but there were some accented colors shining onto the subjects on screen from both sides, they were faint but noticable if you focused on it. after about half way through one of the longer videos I was watching, the accented colors on either side of the subjects would slowly get brighter and fuller until it was nothing but what looked like a very large lamp shining onto them. the colors were mostly a fuschia purple on one side and a lime green on the other. this happened multiple times throughout my sessions and it would make me concerned that I was starting to hallucinate. I would go back to those same videos while I'm sober and the lights and colors wouldn't even be there. the thought of where the lights were coming from and if anyone had any similar effects such as mine.
I was reminded of the experience when I was watching the new Cyberpunk show, the last episode where lucy kisses david and they shone the same colors I saw during my using days on each side of the characters.
so I'm asking the question if anyone had any similar experiences or if there is an explanation why those two colors, fuschia purple and lime green, were so prominent during my use?
