It`s available at any pharmacys or good drug stores. Arginin is an amino acid used by bodybuilders or runners, too. It`s available as free base, HCL or AKG. I prefer the free base.
It works only if taken regular! 2-3 g daily.

i have an RX for Adderall and have frequently mixed various doses of it with every PDE5 inhibitor. first off, according to both my GP and Psychiatrist, there is no contradiction between the two. to boot, the only shitty feeling i've ever had while mixing the two is when i realize i've taken too much Adderall for the PDE5 to stand a chance. lastly, if i am a little AMP'd up and require a little pharmaceutical assistance, i've noticed that Levitra works better than Cialis and Viagra even though it doesn't do shit for me normally. go figure.

It's called "Crystal Dick". When you take amphetamines, such as adderall or meth, your circulatory system is affected, which will constrict capillaries, including those in the penis, making it difficult for men to achieve erection.

As far as mixing amphetamines with viagra with the intention to "cure" your crystal dick I think is not very wise. Here's why:

Amphetamines can cause a decreased ability to reach and sustain erection because it constricts capillaries, therefore, constricting blood flow to the penis (like when your fingers or toes feel cold or kinda tingly after taking amphetamines). Amphetamines also increase blood pressure and heart rate. Viagra works by dilating the capillaries and therefore, allowing for increased blood flow to the penis.
The danger herein, is with the possibility of priapism. Priapism is an erection sustained for a period greater than 4 hours. Afterwords, the ability to achieve erection becomes exceedingly difficult or impossible.

Long story short, if you want to get hard and have sex, temporarily abstain from amphetamines (or at the very least, don't take so much that you can't naturally achieve erection) and definitely don't mix the amphetamines you've already taken with something like Viagra unless you want to risk losing your dick.

Yeah I have heard other people say this but can never figure it out!...think it's a love or hate thing. For me I just get far too distracted. I think any kind of physical contact feels a bit bizarre on psychs (kissing especially)...I kind of get that 'not sure where my body starts and theres begins feeling'. Lower your dose - I've always noticed some shriveling, but it's only really been to a large extent when I've been really fucking amped, or then it's been tiny flaccid but has grown to fairly normal size in erection. Being with someone you're committed to helps, since there's no huge embarrassment/"first time it's happened, I swear!" or any of that, and you can try again as many times as you want. You should probably also be more comfortable with such a person. But then again, these chicks should know that speed does this to men.

Also, if you're with your significant other you can leave out the condoms - I stand no chance whatsoever of reaching orgasm with a rubber on while on speed or rolling, but without one it just takes a while longer.

Second; smack for sex? U mean heroin? Really?, first times, maybe, you last a lot, and may seem very "nice" and "soft" "romantic" or whatever, but then even if you are not a regular user you can stay for hours but is a never ending story, losing the erection, geting it again, etc etc, and if you finish, it sucks, is like less than half of the pleasure you could really have. It happened to me when I was a chipper, I used opiates only often, including heroin, and also it happened to me with 30 sad mg of codeine... I coudn't finish.
Also I had sex with psychedelics, MDMA (not a HUGE psicodelic but I consider it somewhat psychedelic of course) is super nice as you may know but I can only do it once, dunno why. Then LSD, 2c-x, if I'm not really fucked up, more or less like MDMA, only once, if I'm fucked up or it is at the beginning of the trip, I can repeat of course, same as MDMA I guess, never did it at the start of the roll.

You can also last for a shitload of time with amphetamines if you succesfuly get an erection and the orgasm is 100x better. Also if you don't do too much, you can do it MAAANY times, like a fucking machine, then next day your dick is like: please don't touch me. I love amphetamine for that pleasure and the repetitions I can get with it with not excessive doses, and for other things of course.

And well, 3rd: To answer the original post, I've found that not huge doses of alcohol help a lot, but if you do too much is even worse. I guess it helps because its vasodilator(sp?) properties. I hope so because I'm on a binge of ethylphenidate and I'm trying to get a boner (sp?) and I can't, that's why I was looking solutions LOL and then I remembered alcohol helped me times before when I saw the vasodilator word here. But remember that mixing vasodilators with vasoconstrictors may be dangerous for the heart and all the cardiorespiratory system so be careful...
