I'm on these but am regularly taking over 4gs of apap will I know if its damaged me

How much APAP exactly? Taking over 4g's of APAP a day is really pushing it, you could cause some serious damage to your body. You need to do a cold water extraction on the pills with APAP in them if you're going to take that much.

Lower that APAP dose or you will undoubtably cause yourself serious problems in the near future.
