What´s up with the binding affinity of diazepam ?

Two sources:
https://wiki.tripsit.me/wiki/GABA_Receptors_and_Subunits_Info

Which seems to be a more ´up to date´ source.

And there is another source: http://www.medhelp.org/posts/Anxiety/Tranxene-vs-Valium/show/608171

´- Diazepam binds to a 1 and a 5 subunits with immense affinity. Diazepam has no appreciable affinity for a 2 or a 3 subunits´

´Ryan´ I´ve seen other posts claiming the same source, but I can´t find them right now.
That's very hard to believe. Benzos like Triazolam and Alprazolam have decent binding affinity for a1 and a5. As far as I know, Diazepam has high binding affinity for a2, and a3 and a little bit for a1.
