Silly twat here for months was taking 20mg temazepam in day for its euphoria and 4mg diazepam a day it messed me up tbh.
I am now on 15mg diazepam and 7 10mg temazepams a month for sleep(which i use to have fun with tbh as im on quetiapine haha) anyway I do feel more with it but bit more flat. I dunno what to keep opiates or benzos ive never abused diazepam, its always helped me with chronic anxiety and bipolar issues.l
My psychiatrist said there trying tyo get everyone off benzos and not prescribe them no more so im keeping this definitely, I was on 30mg before and cut down myself.
And also from a year ago how come I can feel withdrawals more for any substance for example I was on pregabalin 2 yrars didnt take it for 2 days didnt feel like i was dieing then after being on it fibve years missed a days dose and could hardly walk chemist.
