Dialysis and MDMA

This is a bit of a long-shot, but I have a friend who is on daily dialysis, whilst she waits for a kidney transplant. She's hardly taken any drugs, since she started, obviously due to the fear of something bad happening. My question is; Can she take a dose of MDMA, without it killing her, as long as she does her dialysis? If her kidneys are already knackered, it seems to make sense that the dialysis will do the job of removing the MDMA. Any advice would appreciated, because Google has absolutely no answers to this question. She's had a couple of doses of amphetamine, with no ill effects.

Yeah, that's not what I'm asking. I already know that MDMA impacts renal function. Her kidneys are already fucked, so they can't get any worse. What I want to know is if a dose of MDMA is going to kill her.
