Was wondering who else is in this predicament. Heard its only going to get worse but wonder if you behave yourself and keep good numbers how much the impact is. I've very active person to keep my numbers down and honestly sometimes I feel larger, thicker and harder than I remember in my teens but then sometimes with plain sex just loose the erection. How well do prexription drugs like Viagra and others work to stave off the curve... Curious too but does this effect woman in regard to blood flow and getting off if diabetes damages nerve endings.

if its type 2 your behaviour is the problem and it is a cumulative effect.
stop eating sugar in any form (unless you are having a clinical hypo) and stick to complex carbohydrates in moderate portions.

think about it. your entire body relies on blood vessels. vascular supply is essential for everything. for example you can get vascular dementia from uncontrolled diabetes and it can happen when you are young eg. 40 years old.
