What pills ? for non Ecstasy pills then I would suggest either Basic drug discussion or Other drugs .

With this section 'Homeless' you can simply ask your question about the pills in question and one of the mods would move for you.

Check those two sections out though and if you can't find what your looking for please ask and somebody will help you out
