So, I'm an impulsive person, I'll be the first to admit that, but at the very least, fear has kept me from endangering myself thus far.

The question at hand is, having been on 25mg desvenlafaxine for apx 1 week, and stopping per psychs orders, within what length of time would it be considered reasonably safe, or as safe as one can be while abusing drugs, to abuse drugs that might interact with the SNRI in question?

Note: This is not a question of what interactions exist, but of how to avoid what interactions there are.

You just have to wait for the drug to clear your system. Everyone excretes drugs differently, there's no way we can tell you when it will be safe for you to use drugs that interact with the one you're coming off. It's best just to wait the recommended period of time that it takes for this drug to clear your system before risking your ass by taking drugs that interact dangerously.
