Opioids Dangers of mixing Risperidone with Methadone/Subutex?

Hey guys,

I am currently on 1mg risperidone per night.

Is it safe taking 20mg methadone or 1mg subutex (either one of these but never both at the same time) in the morning and taking risperidone at 9pm? Apparently Risperidone has ties with serotonin syndrome but I don't know to which extend Antipsychotics affect serotonin in the brain.

Can i throw in grapefruit juice into the mix to potentiate the opiate high or would it be too risky mixing all this with the risperidone?

No danger I take one mg risperidone at night it doesn't interact they took me off citalopam tho

Alright, thank you. Have you tried grapefruit juice? Do you think it interacts badly with Subutex and Risperidone for example?
