Dangers of mixing benzos?

I have agoraphobia and am prescribed Klonopin for an upcoming vacation. My doctor wasn't willing to prescribe as much as I'll probably need though, so I'm planning on taking some xanax with it. Is there any potential risk mixing the two other than that the effects will add onto each other?

No physical risk but you're more likely to get side effects such as memory loss and sedation. Keep the doses sensible and it shouldn't be severe though. I took both alprazolam and clonazepam today as it happens, I felt a bit tired and zonked out but nothing bad happened.
