It looks like an electron-donating amide group is the key moiety. Beyond that, looks like a lipophilic pocket for the aromatic. Loratadine is interesting... but low MW chloroformate esters are in my 'things I will never work with' list.
I suppose the only other one people are likely to risk is mirtazapine. Neuroleptics, heart disease and cancer drugs aren't toys... so I think it's better dead than read, as opposed to the alternative.
