I’ve been smoking crack for quite some time. Recently when I smoke it really messes with my lung on the left side. Anyone else have this happen? Guess it’s time to quit. Seems like it’s really affecting my health now.

Do you smoke anything else? How often and how much?

I think you might want to seek some help. Doesn't sound like a good sign. It won't be easy, but you can do it! Might be able to offer some additional ideas if you want to respond.

Just crack quite a lot maybe £60 a week. Wondering if it’s serious you know anything about this type of thing?

I'm really sorry to hear that you're struggling, as @AlphaMethylPhenyl mentioned we really cant provide the medical help that you need. Substance abuse, especially of a drug like crack cocaine, has serious health risks, including potentially severe lung problems. If you're experiencing symptoms like this, it's crucial to seek professional medical attention immediately.

Thank you for your reply

I do know that crack tends to be very, very addictive. It works quite fast for a quite short amount of time. I really haven't met anyone who was able to keep it in check.
Thank you I do know that I can’t stop by myself, have tried. Going to start NA.
Think it’s the only thing that works
Thank you
